Coating Drying Time Measurement Device (Drying Time Recorder)

The film drying time measurement device is used to measure the time it takes for the paint to change from a wet film to a dry film.

Set the measuring needle on the coated paint with a certain film thickness. The measuring needle will move a distance of 300mm according to the set time. Up to 10 lanes can be measured simultaneously, and different time settings can be configured for 5 tracks (2 lanes per track). The standard set times are 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, and 48 hours. One of the 5 tracks can be customized for time settings. The operation of the main unit is via a liquid crystal touch panel.
