[Proposal Example] I want to eliminate the corners of the cardboard to avoid damaging the packaging.

Reduced bag tearing due to corner snagging! Achieving safe insertion and wrapping, and improving work efficiency!

The customer is packing products into cardboard, which is the packaging material, while performing bagging operations inside the box, and they are packaging the products by hooking the bags onto the lid. However, during this process, the corners of the lid (flap) get caught due to the weight of the products, causing the bags to tear, resulting in bag loss and additional work time. The issue lies in the corners of the flap getting caught in the bags, so it was proposed to eliminate this by rounding the corners through R processing (a process that rounds corners using a die). As a result, the tearing of bags due to corner catches has decreased, leading to a reduction in bag loss, labor costs, and time. 【Customer's Issues】 ■ The corners of the lid (flap) get caught due to the weight of the products, causing the bags to tear. ■ There is bag loss. ■ It takes time to complete the work. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] Reducing ordering mistakes and simplifying management through the standardization of product codes.

Improving workability and efficiency through common coding! Introducing service examples that also led to time reduction.

We received requests from customers stating, "I want to place orders for products easily and without mistakes" and "I want to make product management easier." Currently, orders are placed using product names, but there are many similar products, which can lead to ordering mistakes. Additionally, due to the large variety of products handled, it is difficult for customers to keep track of everything, and they felt that the ordering process was somewhat burdensome. By standardizing products with a common code, ordering mistakes have become less likely, and since products are registered with codes, the process of ordering and managing products has become easier. [Challenges] ■ I want to place orders for products easily and without mistakes ■ There are many similar products, which can lead to ordering mistakes ■ Due to the large variety of products handled, it is difficult to keep track of everything ■ The large number of products makes order management complicated *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] I want to reduce storage space by changing the material of the cardboard.

By reviewing the materials, we can solve the problem! The thickness has been reduced to 0.7mm, which has decreased the stacking space.

Currently, we have been using a tea-based EF thickness (around 1.2mm), but due to the difficulty in securing storage space, we have received a request to reduce inventory space. Since it was impossible to change the design to reduce materials and thickness while maintaining the current packaging shape, we resolved the issue by reconsidering the material. By using a material that is 0.7mm thinner, we reduced the stacking space and achieved a cost reduction of 3% (with variations depending on the lot and specifications). Because it is a special material, we also proposed it for printing applications (offset printing). [Overview] ■ Issues - Difficulty in securing storage space - Desire to reduce storage space by changing cardboard material ■ Proposal - Current EF material thickness (around 1.2mm) → GF material thickness (0.5mm) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] Improve work efficiency when purchasing cardboard (innovate delivery)

On-site delivery tailored to the current situation! A case where the time spent searching for products and moving them has been significantly reduced.

I received a request to "come up with a delivery method that improves work efficiency." When delivering the ordered cardboard boxes, I did not have prior knowledge of the order in which the customer would use them, so during delivery, it was difficult for the customer to find the necessary cardboard products while organizing them. Therefore, I consulted with the transportation department and drivers who actually deliver the products, and I thought that if we unloaded the sheets in a way that is easy for the customer to use, it could solve the problem. I made suggestions such as, "Ask the customer for instructions and place the item they want to use first on top when unloading." 【Proposal Details】 - Ask the customer for instructions and place the item they want to use first on top when unloading. - Unload the sheets in the order of use on pallets near the machines being used. - Standardize the orientation of the signs so that products can be easily distinguished. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] We want to introduce a QR code on the product signboard to improve management efficiency.

Embedding order numbers, material numbers, delivery dates, etc. into a two-dimensional code! A case study on streamlining management.

Due to the large number of products and the difficulty in product management, we received a request to manage the acceptance of cardboard boxes at the factory using a two-dimensional code. While it is possible to print a two-dimensional code on the delivery slip, since it will be used at the factory, we added a program to print the two-dimensional code on the product kanban. We can embed the order number, material number, delivery date, quantity, and other information into the two-dimensional code. In addition, it is possible to customize the system to fit the customer's operations. [Overview] ■ Issues - There are a large number of products, making product management difficult. - There is a desire to manage the acceptance of cardboard boxes at the factory using a two-dimensional code. ■ Results - A program was added to print the two-dimensional code on the product kanban. - The order number, material number, delivery date, quantity, and other information can be embedded in the two-dimensional code. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
