We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the cloud-based health management system "GrowBase" at a company that manufactures and sells sports and leisure goods. Until now, employees underwent health check-ups at various independent medical institutions, and the normal ranges and interpretations of test results varied by institution. For example, a person who was required to undergo a re-examination at the Osaka headquarters might be placed under observation at the Tokyo headquarters, even if their test results had not changed, leading to inconsistencies that were a source of concern. After the implementation, by centralizing the data, we eliminated discrepancies between various business locations, allowing for accurate comparisons with the past and tracking of changes over time.
