At the gyoza factory, we would like to introduce a case where three units of "Ozone Cluster 1400" were introduced to obtain certification for the food sanitation self-management system in Tokyo. Ken-chan Gyoza Co., Ltd. had challenges regarding fungal and airborne bacteria control. Therefore, they introduced our "Ozone Cluster 1400." Both airborne bacteria in the factory and those in the tunnel freezer used for rapidly freezing the produced gyoza were reduced to zero, resulting in satisfactory outcomes.
