【Correction of Floor Deflection in Upcon】 For existing concrete floors that have experienced settlement, unevenness, tilting, or gaps, small holes with a diameter of 16mm are drilled, and polyurethane resin is injected while continuously monitoring the level in millimeter increments. The resin injected beneath the floor expands rapidly under pressure, compacting and reinforcing the ground, improving bearing capacity, and pushing the concrete back to a level position. Our company utilizes its extensive experience and knowledge to perform "balance correction work." All testing machines, except for the "FH-824," are belt-driven. (Standard specification testing machines use coupling-driven joints.) However, couplings can surprisingly introduce significant measurement errors. In fact, when the coupling is rotated 180°, what was supposed to be corrected below the allowable value may actually exceed it. In the case of belt drive, the belt is directly applied to the test specimen, resulting in zero error. The "parent-child filler" consists of two steel components of different sizes, each with an eccentric hole. By using this in the base of steel columns, it eliminates the need for corrective measures such as "leveling the anchor bolts" or "enlarging the base plate holes," allowing for the installation of steel columns with precision without damaging the important building components of anchor bolts and base plates. Base plate hole modification 'Parent-Child Filler Q Type (OF-Q)'

Compatible with anchor bolt diameters M12 to M80! Base plate oversized hole filling material.

The parent-child filler Q type is the only type among parent-child fillers that can transmit shear force to anchor bolts in primary and secondary designs. To achieve this, a dedicated grout material called OF-Q grout is used in addition to the steel parent and child fillers. Furthermore, the shear force that can be transmitted is 70% of the allowable shear strength of the anchor bolts used; if this limit is exceeded, the size or number of anchor bolts must be increased to accommodate it. The applicable anchor bolts range from M12 to M80, and steel types with a tensile strength of 490 N/mm² or less can be used.
