Additionally, we selected options such as using elements specifically for water-glycol-based oil and changing the pump seals to Viton. After the introduction, we were able to maintain oil quality comparable to new oil without any oil changes, and the hydraulic system failures, such as those related to solenoid valves, significantly decreased. We would like to introduce a case study on the improvement of cleanliness for high-viscosity oil (gear oil) that we conducted. Due to the high viscosity of the gear oil, it could not be filtered by several filtration machines we tried. Therefore, we installed a high-performance filtration system for industrial oils. We would like to introduce the case studies of challenges and factory improvements that our company has undertaken. There was a problem: "We want to strengthen the management of the operating oil for dozens of machining centers and reduce troubles." Therefore, since the oil levels in each machining center were low and the individual installation of filtration devices was not cost-effective, we used one industrial oil high-performance filtration device, Miracle Boy, to circulate among multiple machining centers.
