We would like to introduce the roof inspection conducted using a drone. The inspection target was the roof (dimensions 30.5m x 19.6m, area 842m²), and the inspection item was water leakage. As a result of the inspection, there were chips in the tiles, which have a high possibility of leading to water leakage. Since there was no dirt on the chipped areas, it appears that not much time has passed since the chips occurred, so it was considered that water leakage had not yet occurred. Additionally, with the drone owned by our company, it is possible to take high-resolution images even when zooming in from a distance away from the structure.
