We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the creative evaluation solution "D-Planner" at Sony Bank Inc. The marketing department and the production side have different expectations for the creative work, and it was necessary to quantify the production side's requests in order to discuss them at a common table. After the introduction of "D-Planner," we were able to score and visualize the attitude changes of consumers who viewed the creative, allowing for constructive discussions on improvement points based on the visualized outputs.
