Construction Achievement Collection: Sto Dry Spray Method

High-level technology and quality! Polymer cement dry spraying method with nearly 40 years of experience.

The "Sto Dry Spray Application Method" was developed in Germany, a leading country in concrete repair technology, and is a dry spraying method using premixed polymer cement mortar with nearly 40 years of proven performance in Europe. Just before the factory-produced premixed polymer cement mortar, which is blended in predetermined ratios of cement, aggregates, polymers, and fibers, is sprayed, an appropriate amount of water is supplied, and the material is compacted by the impact force of air pressure. This allows for the formation of a cement mortar that meets the required performance for cross-section repair materials. 【Features】 ○ Can supply high-quality materials consistently ○ No need for a material stockyard ○ Construction possible under traffic vibrations ○ Rebound material has very little moisture and is easy to handle ○ No wash water from equipment or packaging dust is generated, considering environmental aspects For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

[Data] Reinforcement Method "CABOCON Method"

Just apply it to the surface of the structure! A reinforcement method that allows for easy construction and significantly shortens the construction period.

This document contains information on the characteristics, applications, performance, and physical properties of the reinforcement method "CABOCON Method." The "CABOCON Method" is a reinforcement technique for concrete and steel structures that demonstrates excellent reinforcement effects by bonding high-strength, lightweight CCFP with high-performance epoxy resin adhesive. By bonding CCFP, reinforcement effects equal to or greater than those of steel plate reinforcement can be achieved. Since it does not require chipping into existing structures, driving anchors, or modifying the existing structural cross-section, and does not necessitate installation processing or welding work, there are no issues related to heavy machinery operations, noise, or fire hazards. 【Contents】 ■ Overview ■ Features ■ Applications ■ Performance and Physical Properties ■ Basic Construction Methods ■ Main Construction Achievements *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Reinforcement Method for Bridge Piers with Embedded Reinforcement Bars "AT-P Method"

By significantly reducing the weight increase due to reinforcement, the burden on the foundation structure and the ground is alleviated!

The "AT-P method" is a seismic reinforcement method for bridge piers that minimizes the thickness of the reinforcement layer (minimum 34mm) compared to the RC wrapping method with external reinforcement and the conventional PCM wrapping method. The increase in thickness of the wrapping is reduced to about 1/8 of the RC wrapping method and less than 1/2 of the conventional PCM wrapping method, resulting in almost no increase in the riverbed obstruction rate for bridge pier reinforcement in rivers. Additionally, by directly embedding reinforcement bars into the existing concrete, it is possible to reliably improve load-bearing capacity without increasing the concrete cross-section. 【Features】 ■ The increase in wrapping thickness is reduced to about 1/8 of the RC wrapping method and less than 1/2 of the conventional PCM wrapping method. ■ The riverbed obstruction rate for bridge pier reinforcement in rivers hardly increases. ■ Load-bearing capacity can be reliably improved without increasing the concrete cross-section. ■ The burden on the foundation structure and the ground can be reduced. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Lithium Nitrite Combined Surface Impregnation Method "Procon Guard System"

A surface impregnation method using lithium nitrite in combination with the impregnant "Procon Guard," which is primarily composed of lithium silicate!

The "Procon Guard System" is a surface impregnation method that uses lithium nitrite to repair salt damage, neutralization, and ASR (alkali-silica reaction) by densifying the concrete surface and suppressing the intrusion of deterioration factors (chloride ions, carbon dioxide, moisture). In addition to blocking deterioration factors, it also exhibits rust prevention effects on reinforcing steel due to lithium nitrite and suppresses the expansion caused by alkali-silica gel. This method can be applied not only during the latent phase of deterioration but also in stages where reinforcing steel corrosion or ASR expansion is already occurring, such as in the progression phase or early acceleration phase, as a proactive maintenance measure. 【Features】 ■ Suppresses the intrusion of deterioration factors (chloride ions, carbon dioxide, moisture) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
