Attention those struggling with the removal of asbestos-containing finishing materials! Introduction of the "Ultra High-Pressure Water Washing Method with Dust Collection Device" and the "High-Pressure Water Washing Method with Stripping Agent."
In this document, we introduce the following methods from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's Asbestos Regulation Article 6, which can be considered equivalent to isolation measures:
- Ultra-high-pressure water washing method with dust collection device (over 100 MPa)
- High-pressure water washing method combined with stripping agent (approximately 30-50 MPa)
We will respond to various situations, such as when asbestos is only contained in the finishing material or when it is present in both the finishing and base materials, by utilizing methods tailored to the specific conditions and environment of the site, along with our uniquely developed protective measures.
**Features of the Ultra-high-pressure water washing method with dust collection device (over 100 MPa):**
- Prevents dust dispersion by simultaneously collecting within the surface
- Quick construction
- Capable of handling organic coatings, inorganic coatings, and base adjustment materials
**Features of the High-pressure water washing method combined with stripping agent (30-50 MPa):**
- Prevents dust dispersion and leakage through the wet removal method using a stripping agent and high-pressure washing
- Allows for a large removal area per day, contributing to a shortened construction period
- Capable of removing with minimal damage to the base materials
