Audio Calibrator TYPE2127

Compact and lightweight, easy to operate. With a temperature correction function, it can be easily used for calibrating precision sound level meters.

It was developed with the concept of providing a "compact, lightweight, and easy-to-handle calibrator at a low cost" using a feedback control type acoustic calibrator. A stable condenser microphone is used as the control sensor. Additionally, a temperature correction function has been added, and the generated sound pressure level is strictly managed in real-time, making it less prone to errors caused by changes in atmospheric pressure or poor microphone insertion, resulting in unmatched accuracy and stability despite its small size. Furthermore, it comes with a dedicated adapter, allowing for calibration of precision sound level meters as well as compatibility with 1-inch and 1/2-inch microphones. The generated frequency and sound pressure level are nominally 1000Hz and 94dB, making it an essential standard instrument in sound environments equipped with many new technologies.

Temperature calibrator (for infrared thermometers) BX-350/500

This is a temperature calibrator for infrared radiation thermometers designed with a compact and lightweight structure so that calibration can be performed at the work site.

The BX-350 can be calibrated between +50℃ and +350℃, while the BX-500 can be calibrated between +50℃ and +500℃. Connect the BX-350/500 to the power supply, turn the switch on, and set it to the desired calibration temperature. After the temperature stabilizes, set the emissivity of the infrared radiation thermometer to 0.95 and measure the temperature on a large black body target. Then, determine the error between the displayed temperature of the BX-350/500 and the displayed temperature of the thermometer. The BX-350/500 is equipped with an RTD (platinum resistance) temperature sensor for temperature control.

Temperature Calibrator DW-3001

The DW-3001 is a temperature calibrator designed with a compact and lightweight structure, allowing for calibration of digital thermometers with temperature sensors on-site.

The DW-3001 supports sensor diameters of 3.3, 4, 4.76, and 6.35 mm. After connecting to the power supply and turning the switch on the front panel to "On," the specified temperature will stabilize within ±0.5℃ after about 5 minutes. Then, insert the thermometer's sensor into a hole of the same size as the sensor to determine the error between the displayed temperature of the DW-3001 and the thermometer. The DW-3001 can be calibrated with a resolution of 0.1℃ between +33℃ and +300℃.

Temperature Calibrator DW-3101

Temperature Calibrator DW-3101

The DW-3101 is a compact and lightweight temperature calibrator that also supports calibration at negative temperatures.

Calibration can be performed between -10℃ and +110℃ with a resolution of 0.1℃. Additionally, by replacing the insert, it can accommodate temperature sensors with diameters of 3.3, 4.1, 4.8, 6.4, and 9.6mm. After connecting to the power supply and turning on the switch on the front panel, the temperature will stabilize at 0℃ or 100℃ within ±0.5℃ after about 10 minutes from the ambient temperature. Then, insert the thermometer's sensor into the hole of the insert that is the same size as the sensor to determine the error between the displayed temperature of the DW-3101 and the thermometer. The DW-3004 will be delivered with a calibration certificate that includes traceability.

This is a noise calibrator that generates accurate noise signals (94 dB and 114 dB) to verify whether the sound level meter is functioning properly. The usage is quite simple: slide the range switch to set the desired noise level (94 dB or 114 dB). The SC-5 will immediately emit a constant noise signal once the switch is turned on.
