This is a temperature calibrator for infrared radiation thermometers designed with a compact and lightweight structure so that calibration can be performed at the work site.
The BX-350 can be calibrated between +50℃ and +350℃, while the BX-500 can be calibrated between +50℃ and +500℃. Connect the BX-350/500 to the power supply, turn the switch on, and set it to the desired calibration temperature. After the temperature stabilizes, set the emissivity of the infrared radiation thermometer to 0.95 and measure the temperature on a large black body target. Then, determine the error between the displayed temperature of the BX-350/500 and the displayed temperature of the thermometer. The BX-350/500 is equipped with an RTD (platinum resistance) temperature sensor for temperature control.
