4 Recommended Polishing Items for Cross-Section Observation of Electronic Components!!

The cross-section of electronic components is simple and finishes beautifully!!

Sample preparation (cutting, embedding, polishing) is one effective method for observing the cross-section of electronic components. However, when actually performing the work, you may find it challenging due to the presence of many materials with varying hardness and brittleness within small components. Based on our achievements, we would like to introduce recommended sample preparation items for polishing electronic components! Additionally, our lab offers sample preparation services, hardness testing, and demonstrations where you can use the equipment in person. If you are looking to start sample preparation or have any issues you would like to discuss, please feel free to contact us.
