Although the number of cotton layers is 16 plies, the more pleats there are, the higher the rigidity becomes, ranging from the softness equivalent to loose cotton buffs to the hardness equivalent to spiral cotton buffs, classified into five grades: M-0, 2, 4, 6, and 8. For selection in the polishing process, M-4 to 8 is used for rough and medium polishing, while M-0 to 2 is used for finishing polishing. 【Features】 ○ Long lifespan due to the bias shape. ○ Air is expelled from the center to the periphery, providing a cooling effect. ○ The pleated surface results in a larger buff surface area, enhancing the abrasive retention performance. ○ Available in versions using M fabric and C fabric.
