We would like to introduce the "Magnet Demagnetization Analysis of Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (IPMSM)" conducted by our company. The analysis mode is transient response analysis, and the motor specifications are 3-phase, 8-pole, 48-slot, with distributed winding. The driving condition is 3,000 min^-1. [Case Study] Analysis of Air Gap Magnetic Flux Density in Built-in Magnet Synchronous Motors

Understanding the magnetic flux density in the air gap is important! Here are some examples of magnetic flux density analysis for the relevant area.

We would like to introduce our analysis of the "Air Gap Magnetic Flux Density Analysis of Embedded Magnet Synchronous Motors (IPMSM)." The analysis mode used was transient response analysis, and the driving condition was no load at 3,000 min-1, with the analysis executed at the 45° position in the right diagram for 1/8 of the area (2D). As a result of the analysis, it was found that the magnetic flux density penetrating the air gap between the stator and rotor changes relative to the excitation timing of the stator coil of the rotating rotor.
