Abnormal Sound Troubleshooter "Si Vision"

A noise trouble shooter that simulates the sound of improved in-house products in advance and allows for free design.

"Si Vision" is an abnormal noise troubleshooter that can separate and evaluate the auditory components of background noise, pure tones, and fluctuating sounds. It visualizes only the components of sound that can actually be heard, allowing for the separation and evaluation of each auditory component. It is an essential tool in a wide range of scenarios, including motors, gearboxes, transmissions, turbos, cylinders, compressors, road noise, engines, electronics, and machinery. 【Features】 ■ Visualizes all audible sound components on a single screen ■ Instantly identifies, quantifies, and facilitates sound quality evaluation of problematic sound components ■ Analyzes the characteristics of spectra, pure tones, fluctuating sounds, and pulse sounds with a single tool ■ Filters and separates pure tone components and fluctuating sound components that are the causes of noise and abnormal sounds, etc. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Film Thickness Measurement System SKOP

Affordable and simple film thickness measurement system using Ocean Optics spectrometers!

The SKOP (Starter Kit for Optical thickness measurement) optical film thickness measurement system measures the spectral reflectance of optical thin films and determines their thickness by analyzing the spectrum. The thin film on the substrate acts as an etalon, causing an interference pattern in the reflection spectrum. The spacing between the peaks of the sinusoidal pattern is correlated with the refractive index of the material and the thickness of the film. In SKOP, the interference pattern is analyzed using dedicated software to convert it into film thickness.

DSC 3500 Sirius / Differential Scanning Calorimeter

Diversification of cooling options (electric, liquid nitrogen, gas flow) to accommodate various measurements.

Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) is a mainstream device for analyzing the thermal properties of solids and liquids, capable of very robust and stable measurements. It employs an indirect cooling method, allowing for low-noise measurements even in low-temperature regions. The optimization of the furnace structure provides excellent baseline reproducibility (±10μW). The exchange between liquid nitrogen and the electronic cooling system is easy. The sealed structure reduces the influence of moisture in the atmosphere during low-temperature measurements.

Building Sound Insulation Performance Measurement Program 'OYORSI2000'

With one sound level meter, it is possible to easily measure the sound insulation performance of a building in a short time.

"OYORSI2000" is a building sound insulation performance measurement program that connects a sound level meter to a computer to measure and evaluate the sound insulation performance of buildings. By utilizing the multimedia capabilities of Japanese Windows, it inputs the AC output from the sound level meter, so as long as you have a Windows computer with a line input terminal, all you need to prepare is one sound level meter, a connection cable, and a sound source device. Additionally, any model of sound level meter is acceptable as long as it has an AC output terminal. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries. 【Measurement Methods】 ■ JIS A 1417:2000 "Measurement Method for Airborne Sound Insulation Performance of Buildings" ■ JIS A 1418:2000 "Measurement Method for Impact Sound Insulation Performance of Floors in Buildings" ■ JIS A 1419:2000 "Evaluation Method for Sound Insulation Performance of Buildings and Building Components" *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
