We delivered a maturation chamber to ANA InterContinental Hotel, The Steakhouse. The conditions for this chamber were an average humidity of 80% with an internal temperature of 1°C, and air circulation within the chamber. It is honestly difficult to meet these conditions with a maturation chamber that has a large internal volume and a high height. Simply adding a humidifier would cause the internal cooler to frost up, leading to the growth of bacteria. This was made possible by our company, which has numerous achievements.
