Detection of various abnormal temperatures / Abnormal temperature sensing wire
This product is an abnormal temperature sensing wire set to a temperature of 80°C. A number of shape memory alloys are attached to the wire in a coiled manner, and when the surrounding temperature reaches the abnormal temperature (80°C), the wire softens, and the shape memory alloy binds the wire (restores), short-circuiting the two wires to sense the temperature, thereby detecting the abnormal temperature (80°C) as a signal. It enables early detection of abnormal temperatures, preventing equipment damage and fires, and allows for easy installation by simply extending the wiring, making it possible to monitor a wide range of abnormal temperatures. The standby power is zero due to the switching function. The shape memory alloy has permanent memory, is rust-free, and once activated, it retains its state indefinitely, allowing for long-term use. It is a non-resettable type that also allows for confirmation after activation. The Ultrasonic System Research Institute has made it possible to apply measurement, analysis, and control technology related to the propagation state of megahertz ultrasonic waves to the surface elastic waves of target objects, achieving dynamic control for the relaxation and uniform treatment of surface residual stress. With this technology for relaxing and uniformizing surface residual stress, improvements in fatigue strength against metal fatigue have been realized, along with increased efficiency in subsequent processes (various coatings). In particular, by achieving a propagation state of over 700 MHz to the target object under ultrasonic sweep oscillation conditions (below 20 MHz, below 10 W), a uniform surface treatment has been realized that was not possible before. We have confirmed a wide range of effects on various types of metal parts, resin parts, powder materials, and more. This is a new surface treatment technology using ultrasound, which, including the general effects based on acoustic properties, can be utilized and developed as a unique operational technology with significant characteristics for the development of new materials, stirring, dispersion, cleaning, chemical reaction experiments, and more. We offer this technology as a consulting service. In April 2024, we developed optimization technology for resonance phenomena and nonlinear phenomena.

This device is a "battery alarm system" that allows for easy monitoring and alarming of abnormal temperatures in batteries by attaching a temperature sensing wire to the battery and connecting it to a small alarm panel. The temperature sensing wire is structured by combining numerous shape memory alloys at equal intervals along an extended wire. When the surrounding temperature reaches the set temperature (70°C), the two wires short-circuit to generate a temperature sensing signal. Installation is completed simply by extending the wire, and it employs eco-technology with zero standby power for the switching function, making it easy for anyone to use. New product for detecting abnormal temperatures in electrical equipment of solar power generation systems / temperature detection sensor for power generation.
■Overview of Temperature Detection Sensors for Power Generation 1. This is a product with a temperature detection sensor connected to a code. It is connected using crimp sleeves or connectors. 2. The temperature detection sensor integrates a shape memory alloy with a wire, utilizing the softening of the wire and the restoration of the shape memory alloy to create a short circuit (contact) between the two wire cores, thereby detecting the maximum allowable temperature and generating a signal. The set temperature corresponds to the maximum allowable temperature of the wire (70°C). 3. The maximum allowable temperature is the temperature at which the insulation resistance of the wire's insulation material rapidly deteriorates. Therefore, detecting the maximum allowable temperature indicates the detection of abnormal temperatures in the wire. 4. It is installed on the wires of the power supply circuit, battery power supply circuit, and load power supply circuit to detect abnormal temperatures in the wires. 5. It is installed on the outer walls of control devices and load devices to detect abnormal temperatures in the equipment. 6. It is installed on the outer wall of the battery to detect abnormal heat generation (abnormal temperature) of the battery. 7. By continuously monitoring the abnormal temperatures of the wires in each power supply circuit of the solar power generation system, as well as the control devices, load devices, and batteries, and detecting them early, it can prevent damage to solar cells, batteries, control devices, and load devices, as well as accidents caused by fires. 8. In this way, the safety management of the solar power generation system is enhanced, enabling a safe power supply.
