The Pulse ECT device Lyft is a device that uses Pulse ECT (PEC) technology to screen for corrosion in the base material (carbon steel piping) beneath insulation without removing the insulation. It is a portable, state-of-the-art device that achieves real-time C-scan imaging through Grid mapping mode (segmented measurement) or Dynamic mode (continuous measurement), as well as high-speed data acquisition (up to 15 points/s).

Scanning is possible from the metal jacket on the insulation material (compatible with aluminum, stainless steel, and galvanized steel). (2) Sturdy structure that is safe for on-site use The casing is robust with waterproof and dustproof treatment. (3) Various probe lineup compatible with different conditions Standard model probes with external encoder and keypad in three sizes (allowing easy execution of inspections without operating the Lyft device itself). (4) Comprehensive accessories 15m or 30m extension cables Telescopic extension pole with remote operation keypad (up to 4.6m) Probe shoes: capable of flaw detection operations at surface temperatures up to 120℃, reducing vibration noise from galvanized steel.
