Adopted by Mitsukoshi Isetan Shinjuku Store! Concrete Art Series: 'Cedar Board Floating Texture Design Panel Method' *Patent Pending 【Customer Request】 We want to create a concrete color for the walls and columns inside the store, with a deep wood grain effect. However, since the time and days available for construction are limited, we would like to find a way to shorten the process. 【Product Information】 To create a design that allows customers to enjoy the shadows of the wood grain, we adjusted the texture and depth of the wood grain during the base stage of the mortar, ensuring the relief is clearly defined. The color is a custom blend of concrete color developed by our company to resemble real concrete wood grain. Additionally, to avoid a monotonous appearance, we mixed light and dark shades to enhance the wood grain and express realism with extra effort. Furthermore, to shorten the construction period, we pre-manufactured panels with cedar wood grain patterns in mortar at our factory. These panels were prepared in advance to allow for easy installation with screws on-site. *We also provide follow-up for on-site repairs (filling screw holes) after panel installation.
Welded steel pipes made of steel plates can be manufactured without lot restrictions and in random lengths. We also accept assembly of prefabricated piping.

Yasuda Engineering showcased the underground obstacle-responsive mud-based thrusting method, featuring the milling mole method and the jet method, which uses a CCD camera sensor to instantly measure the position of the tunneling machine on sharp curves! 【Exhibited Products】 ■ Underground Obstacle-Responsive Mud-Based Thrusting Method The milling mole method is used in urban development and is a mud-based thrusting method that safely conducts construction by cutting through obstacles that remain underground. It can detect obstacles ahead of the thrusting excavation and discharge them as cutting powder of about 1 cm, and if necessary, it allows for the injection of chemical solutions from within the machine and guidance of the tunneling machine using GPS. ■ Jet Method The jet method, which uses a CCD camera sensor to instantly measure the position of the tunneling machine on sharp curves, enables long-distance and sharp curve construction in small-diameter thrusting. By using a dedicated pump tube and lubricant injection pipe for the jet method, it reduces the load on the pipe, making long-distance thrusting possible even with small diameters. It is the most excellent all-around thrusting method that does not limit construction sites due to internal measurements of the pipe.
