It can detect obstacles ahead of the thrusting excavation and discharge them as cutting powder of about 1 cm, and if necessary, it allows for chemical injection from within the machine and guidance of the tunneling machine using GPS. ■ JET Method The JET method uses CCD camera sensors to instantly measure the position of the tunneling machine on sharp curves. It enables long-distance and sharp curve construction in small-diameter thrusting. By using a dedicated pump tube and lubricant injection pipe for the JET method, it reduces the load on the pipe, allowing for long-distance thrusting even with small diameters. It is the most excellent all-around thrusting method that does not limit construction locations due to internal measurements.
