Multi-functional drainage pavement "Full Function Pave" *Case study collection available
Excellent slip resistance contributes to preventing slip accidents. High durability has also been confirmed through testing.
The "Full Function Pave (FFP)" is a porous asphalt pavement that has drainage functionality near the surface in a single-layer mixture, while the lower part possesses waterproofing capabilities of SMA (Stone Mastic Asphalt). It excels in aggregate scattering resistance and flowability, achieving a long lifespan. In the torsional aggregate scattering test conducted by our company, it was confirmed to scatter less than typical drainage pavements, showing a scattering rate comparable to that of dense modified Type II. Additionally, it has been verified to have excellent skid resistance on the pavement in emergency braking tests. 【Features】 ■ The vertical groove rough surface formed by an improved mechanism finisher ensures the depth of the pavement texture. ■ The anti-freezing agent does not easily wash out, maintaining its freeze prevention effect. ■ By using the chinook screed of the asphalt finisher to finish the pavement with a vertical groove rough surface, the occurrence of black ice is suppressed. ■ The upper part of the pavement has many voids, contributing to the reduction of tire-pavement noise levels. ★ Currently, we are offering materials that include case studies, test data, and construction method explanations. In recent years, the significant role of the construction industry extends beyond merely providing transportation and distribution routes; it also involves providing a living foundation that allows for safe and secure living. This means creating a new global environment that serves as a sanctuary for all living beings and humans, while responding to diverse needs. Since its establishment in 1963 as a professional in road construction, Gaia Art has developed its business focusing on road, airport, and port construction centered around paving work, manufacturing products such as asphalt mixtures, and conducting research and development that leads to a new era of "roads." In recent years, by integrating technologies that consider global environmental conservation and nurturing "people who support manufacturing," which we at Gaia Art have particularly emphasized, we have responded to the demands of a new era as a company that provides "safety" and "security" to our customers through our exceptional workforce. Moving forward, we at Gaia Art will continue to contribute to the creation of a society that leads to a safe and secure future by coexisting with "Gaia," the earth and nature, which is the origin of our name, and by providing high "technology and art."
