This technology can increase the speed at which devices and robots move along their trajectories, thereby enhancing processing speed and improving cycle times. Additionally, in robotic polishing and grinding, the ability to control pressing pressure through the expansion and contraction of the ACF itself eliminates the need to move the heavy robot arm for corrections, further assisting in improving the processing speed of robotic polishing. Furthermore, since it automatically corrects tool loads due to gravity, which varies with the angle of the robot, it maintains a consistent pressing pressure from any angle, enabling a finish without processing inconsistencies.
