For customers who have already received their shipments, updates can be handled either through AWS by the customers themselves or through our support center. Our original application "Log Transmission App" collects and compresses logs within the tablet by combining it with the preset "Log Capture Mode," and sends them to our server via the internet. This reduces the time taken to respond after an issue occurs. Additionally, for issues dependent on the customer's environment, it may not be possible to reproduce them at our repair center, thus eliminating the need for customers to reproduce the issues while operating in their actual environment.

The "TA2C-NF8" and "TA2C-NF8BL" can read various IC cards without the need for an external card reader and are compatible with FeliCa M class. This update introduces new features designed for a wider range of business scenarios, further enhancing convenience. Additional features that expand the usage of this device for various tasks utilizing IC cards, such as reading My Number cards like the My Number health insurance card, order terminal applications using in-house IC tags, and attendance management using employee ID cards, will be made available starting in July.
