An OS update will be implemented starting with shipments in June 2026 for the business-use Windows tablet "TW2A-N9 Series" (TW2A-NF9LTA/TW2A-N9LTA/TW2A-N9LT), adding an original tool called "EZtools" that allows for one-touch custom settings tailored to customer usage and environments. As "EZtools," we will provide a new tool that enables easy one-touch execution of tasks that typically require separate kitting work or complex menu operations, such as AC-linked shutdown settings and disabling USB memory and built-in cameras. Each function can also be configured from the Windows settings menu, but the settings involve multiple layers, making it cumbersome for inexperienced on-site personnel. By miniaturizing each setting to allow for one-touch configuration based on the specific usage and environment of each customer, we can eliminate time-consuming setup tasks and the hassle and costs of kitting, thereby broadening the scope of use in various businesses and simplifying operations. Furthermore, this will contribute to labor-saving and efficiency improvements in industries facing labor shortages and difficulties in securing personnel, which have become social issues in recent years.

We are a manufacturer of information terminals for business use and are engaged in communication services. We are pleased to announce that we have been contracted by the Tottori Prefectural Board of Education for the "GIGA School Operation Support Center Operations in Tottori Prefecture." This marks our fourth consecutive year of receiving this contract, which will now extend for three years starting from this fiscal year. In order to contribute to the local community, we will leverage the repair know-how we have cultivated over many years at our Tottori office and our staff who are well-versed in the educational field to further enhance the educational environment that nurtures the next generation of children. ODS Corporation, a manufacturer of information terminals for business use (headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo; President: Kiyoshi Sunanaga), will exhibit at the 42nd Retail Tech Japan 2026, the largest domestic exhibition for information systems in the distribution and retail industry, held at Tokyo Big Sight from March 3 (Tuesday) to March 6 (Friday), 2026. We will primarily showcase the Android tablet "TA2C-NF8," equipped with an NFC reader/writer, which can be utilized in various business scenarios such as a table order system that completes the ordering and payment process at restaurants, or as a system terminal for identity verification at various counters and storefronts. Additionally, we will present our new product, the Windows tablet "TW2A-NF9LTA," also equipped with an NFC reader/writer, scheduled for release in March. Our proposals aim to improve operational efficiency and create new business opportunities utilizing NFC solutions, particularly in industries facing labor shortages and difficulties in securing personnel, which have become social issues in recent years.
