Introducing the small PF automatic dewatering filtration machine "Represstar" from Sanshin Seisakusho. This machine is an automatic dewatering filtration system that performs filtration, liquid removal, and cake discharge for high-concentration slurries. It operates efficiently in small-scale, continuous production lines. Various non-woven fabrics (filter papers) are used as filter media, and depending on the liquid used, they can be reused. Additionally, by combining it with the FD-type precision filtration machine, a filtration system can be established that accommodates large volumes and difficult-to-filter materials. Furthermore, by utilizing an IoT remote monitoring system for Sanshin Seisakusho's filtration machines and wastewater treatment facilities, abnormalities occurring in the equipment on-site can be monitored and confirmed.
