Measure the temporal changes in concentration, brightness, color, and area!
It is possible to measure the average/highest/lowest brightness of arbitrary areas (rectangular, circular, line) in monochrome/color images, as well as changes in area, area ratio, growth rate, and centroid coordinates of specified density values (brightness values) of objects.

● Enables brightness measurement for each area, making it applicable for fluorescence analysis ● Optimal for quantifying and numerically analyzing concentration objects that change over time ● Allows arbitrary division of brightness information into N parts, measuring area and area ratio for each brightness level ● Enables registration of any color in the image and measurement of area changes for that color ● Each measurement mode can generate average concentration images, N-value concentration images, contour images, etc. ● Calculated data can be exported as a CSV file
