Removes over 99% of the fats and oils that flow out with drainage. The collected oil is recyclable.
It is possible to treat wastewater without relying on grease traps. Since we do not use any bioproducts or oil-absorbing materials, consideration for the environment and maintenance costs after installation are kept low.

basic information
At the kitchen sink, which is the upstream part of the drainage system, we utilize gravity separation to collect only the oil. The recovered oil is of high purity and can be reused as industrial raw materials. What was once considered waste is revitalized as a recyclable resource, making it compliant with the Food Recycling Law. There is no need for any bio agents or chemicals, and the running cost is solely the electricity required to operate the device. The amount of grease flowing into the grease trap is reduced to one-hundredth, eliminating the need for frequent cleaning and waste disposal costs, thus enabling significant cost reductions in wastewater treatment. The device is a compact, integrated kitchen sink that does not require a new installation site; it can simply replace the currently used kitchen sink. The design prioritizes the workflow in the kitchen and is entirely custom-made.
