Developed for use as a gasket for flat-type solid fuel cells, suitable for high-temperature areas up to 1000℃!
"Thermiculite#866" is a heat-resistant sheet gasket with a main component of vermiculite, treated with special chemical agents and molded with an inorganic binder, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1000°C. Since its composition is entirely made of inorganic materials, it does not produce reducing gases like glass seals. In addition to its thermal stability, which can withstand thermal expansion differences and deformation due to stress between stack components during thermal cycling operation, the gasket material itself exhibits excellent chemical stability, allowing for long-term stable sealing. 【Features】 ■ A heat-resistant gasket in sheet form that contains no organic binders at all ■ Maintains heat resistance of 1000°C even in an oxidizing atmosphere ■ As it is made of inorganic materials, it does not cause catalyst contamination or chemical reactions even at high temperatures ■ Sealing performance remains unchanged under thermal cycling conditions from high to low temperatures ■ Highly flexible and can be easily cut into any desired shape *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

A new era is about to begin as the "Heisei" period, which started from the peak of the bubble economy, comes to an end. The 30 years of "Heisei" have been a "lost era" and a "revolutionary era" for the Japanese economy. The bubble economy brought about by the high economic growth of the Showa era has come to an end, and the Heisei Japanese economy, which began with the introduction of the consumption tax, has faced a long stagnation of over 20 years. On the other hand, in the industrial sector, there has been a significant transformation from a society of people and goods to an information society, driven by the rapid spread of the internet. In terms of international relations, remarkable development in Asian countries led by China and the sluggishness of major economies, including Japan and the United States, are occurring simultaneously, changing the economic landscape. In such an environment, our company is also developing management aimed at the next generation, focusing on expanding our business structure and product offerings centered around the semiconductor business, while enhancing our contribution to the information industry. At the same time, we began to concentrate on the Asian market starting with the establishment of our Chinese subsidiary in 2010, strongly recognizing that Southeast Asian countries represent a market with significant potential for future economic growth and national development. Currently, we are actively working towards the early formation of an Asian link as an organization.
