It adds features such as order confirmation input and service order input, enabling management of larger orders and maintenance-related orders compared to the previous version. <Features of the Full Version> 'Order Confirmation Input' ● This is the screen for entering the main order information for multiple items, such as equipment. ● With the document management function for each order and serial number (machine number), you can supplement documents such as quotations, design drawings, parts lists, inspection reports, and complaint information. ● You can choose from two types of data structures for order confirmation input. 'Service Order Input' This menu allows you to input and manage information related to service orders, such as orders for repair parts or repair requests. You can register the details of repairs, allowing you to search for the repair history associated with the same machine number. You can also check related repair reports from the serial number (machine number) folder.

  You can check the overall production plan for the orders.

  This is the screen for creating the arrangement list (parts list). Data can also be imported in CSV format. You can easily move, add, delete rows, and import from past projects with simple operations.

  Register processing information for the parts entered in the arrangement list (bill of materials). It also accommodates processed parts from other processes. (Primary process: material purchase, secondary process: in-house processing, tertiary process: surface treatment, etc.)

  For the parts listed in the arrangement list (bill of materials), we will set the ordering process information (supplier, delivery date, delivery location, process, etc.). You can set the same supplier and process in bulk. You can search for the lowest unit price from the purchasing history, which can be used for price negotiations and other purposes.

  You can track the progress of each part by production number. Parts can be verified in the assembly department.

  You can grasp the comparison of budget, assessment, and actual costs through graphs. You can drill down into cost items from the four elements, allowing for quick and easy analysis of cost details.

  You can output the cost (planned and actual) of each process by part in EXCEL. It is possible to change the amount to man-hours or switch to output only the actual results. Similar to process progress, you can also check work progress by color.
