■There are two types available: the POD600 equipped with a 600dpi thermal transfer printer and the LP series that sets printed label rolls. They are compatible with both the latest models and older models from major mounting manufacturers, so you can start using them right away. ■Currently, compared to manual application, you can expect reduced labor costs and improved application accuracy. Additionally, the initial investment cost is lower compared to dedicated label applicators or laser markers, and there are no issues with installation space. ■Applying 2D code labels with labels requires a smaller space compared to lasers and allows for stable reading. Even if there is no space on the circuit board, label application using a cassette can stop the nozzle directly above the IC, blow off the label with air discharge, and adhere it through reflow.
