Installation is completed by clamping it onto the pole of the metal rack and tightening it with the included hex wrench. The installation part has rubber padding, so it can be attached without scratching the pole. When you remove the plastic cover at the joint, you will find a hex screw. The stiffness of each joint can be adjusted using the included wrench.
