Remote Monitoring Function - Utilizing long-range communication in the 920MHz band, the signals from the subunits in the clean room can be received in the machine room as well. - Since multiple differential pressures can be monitored simultaneously, it is possible to adjust room pressure while checking the impact on other rooms. - The number of simultaneously used subunits is 5 (increasing the number of subunits increases the communication interval. With 5 units, the communication interval is approximately 5 seconds). - Measurement range is -500Pa to 500Pa (graph display is -50Pa to 50Pa).
