Horizontal stress analysis" • "Three-edge fixed slab method" • Calculation system for catch basin structures using "both ends fixed + three-edge fixed plate
It is possible to perform stability calculations for the constant and seismic conditions of reinforced and unreinforced concrete catch basins, as well as stress checks for all 12 sections of the bottom slab and side walls. In the seismic analysis, considerations for "dynamic water pressure" and "inertial forces due to self-weight" can be included. The analysis of the side walls can be selected from "horizontal stress analysis," "three-edge fixed slab method," and "fixed beam at both ends + three-edge fixed slab." Additionally, up to six combinations of load cases are possible. Output reports can be previewed for content verification, and Word output is also available.

basic information
**Features** - The analysis of side walls can be performed using either the three-edge fixed slab method, horizontal stress analysis, or the fixed beam at both ends + three-edge fixed slab method, while the bottom slab is analyzed using the four-edge fixed slab method. - The three-edge fixed slab method allows calculations that exceed the ly/lx ratio (=2,=4) of the side walls. - The horizontal stress analysis enables calculations that consider axial forces on the side walls. Additionally, checks can be performed at a position of 2d from the member nodes (side walls), and the increase factor for allowable shear stress can be specified according to the "Waterway Construction" standards or "Box Culvert Construction" (road earthworks). - The shape of the backfill can be horizontal, sloped, trapezoidal embankment, or any arbitrary shape. - The superimposed loads can include vehicle loads, crowd loads, snow loads, as well as other loads such as uniformly distributed loads and cover slab loads on the top surface. - In the reinforcement examination, the reinforcement method can be specified from the image reinforcement assembly diagram, and by performing calculations for single and multiple rebar, as well as specifying cover, it is possible to examine appropriate reinforcement through the calculation of required rebar quantity. - Section checks can be performed for the vertical/horizontal directions of the inner/outside of the B face/D face of the side walls, and for the bottom slab, checks can be conducted in the inner/outside directions of the B edge/D edge, covering a total of 12 sections.
