Substation device with ground fault reclosing function for high-voltage automatic circuit breakers (simple REC)
It becomes possible to isolate the accident point and reduce the power outage range without operating the feeder CB.
By using it in combination with high-voltage automatic circuit breakers and high-voltage ground fault direction indicators, it is possible to separate the fault point and reduce the scope of power outages on distribution lines where intermittent ground fault incidents and instantaneous ground fault incidents occur repeatedly without operating the feeder circuit breaker. Since it can be used with high-voltage automatic sectionalizers, there is no need for special pole-mounted reclosing protection devices (recloser high-voltage devices). Additionally, due to its small and lightweight design, it is easy to relocate and install along with portable high-voltage ground fault indicators.

basic information
■□■Features■□■ ■Automatic Fault Detection Function Detects the presence or absence of control power voltage and automatically controls the circuit breaker (turning it "on" or "off") with an automatic fault detection function (Type S), allowing for the segmentation of the accident section. ■Ground Fault Trip Function Detects ground fault signals from the ground fault direction indicator and opens the circuit breaker within a specified time (before the substation protection relay operates) when a ground fault incident on the load side is confirmed. ■Reclosing Function After a ground fault trip, automatically closes the circuit breaker based on a pre-set reclosing time. ■Remote Control Function Control Items: Circuit breaker control (turning on, turning off), restoration of display information, settings (load side settings, time limits, trip prohibition) Monitoring Items: Circuit breaker status (on, off, locked), ground fault direction (power side/load side ground fault), setting information (time limits, power transmission direction K side/L side, ground fault trip prohibition), detection information (phase loss, short circuit), diagnostic information (abnormalities)

Company information
Our company was founded in 1949 as a designated manufacturer of wire materials by the Ministry of Telecommunications. We have steadily established our presence by designing and manufacturing telephone and communication systems and related equipment for public enterprises such as police, railways, electricity, and broadcasting, alongside the development of related companies. We also have a significant track record in OEM products for major manufacturers. Our main products are custom-made items, which we handle from design to manufacturing, focusing on systems and products related to information and communication. Recent key products include disaster prevention information systems (JR East and JR Hokkaido), command telephone systems (various JR companies, electricity companies, and private broadcasters), remote monitoring and control systems (various JR companies, electricity companies, and telecommunications carriers), and emergency contact systems (private elementary and junior high schools). Currently, we are working on the development of the latest IT and IP systems, such as serverless IP conference call systems, to respond to the evolution of communication networks. If you present us with challenges in niche areas where major manufacturers are not proficient, we are committed to leveraging our years of accumulated experience and the latest technology to provide low-cost and quick delivery solutions. We appreciate your guidance and support.
