The "AT-501 RWSI" is a machine that produces a yarn called ACY by utilizing the turbulent flow created by compressed air inside an interlacing nozzle, feeding polyurethane yarn (commonly known as spandex) along with long fibers such as nylon and polyester through a feed roller set to an arbitrary speed. 【Features】 ■ The yarn path is straight, preventing unnecessary tension on P.U and DTY. ■ Due to the two-stage stretching method of P.U, it stretches reliably without burdening the P.U and eliminating slip. ■ Each weight is equipped with a detachment device, preventing friction between the rotating body, P.U, and ACY in the event of yarn breakage. ■ All processing conditions are managed by PLC. ■ Condition settings can be selected via a touch panel or PC. ■ The R side and L side of the machine can produce under different conditions. ■ Since it is not driven by individual weights, there is less variation in quality between weights. ■ Each weight is equipped with a doffing timer to maintain yarn length consistency. * For more details, please request documentation or view the PDF data available for download. * Factory tours are also possible.
