The "AT-501A" is a machine that produces yarn known as ATY by feeding long fibers (POY, FDY) made of nylon and polyester into an air mixing nozzle using feed rollers set to any desired speed. It utilizes the turbulence created by compressed air inside the nozzle to entangle or mix the fed yarn. 【Features】 ■ Equipped with 4 feed rollers and a hot pin heater - Capable of stretching nylon and polyester synthetic long fibers (POY) at any desired stretching ratio - Produces ATY by feeding yarn into the nozzle with any overfeed ■ Allows for simple T&T production using a hot pin heater ■ The size of the ATY loops can be adjusted using a second heater ■ All processing condition settings are done via PLC.
