The SC-2 is a fail-safe controller (disconnection confirmation circuit) that supports the creation of safety areas for factory automation (FA). By using it in combination with 4-wire mats, edge switches, tape switches, etc., it ensures safety by providing the same output as when the switch is activated, even in the event of power supply issues, disconnection of the switch circuit, or power outages. 【Explanation of the 4-wire control circuit】 ■1: After connecting to a 4-wire mat switch, connect a 100V/200V power supply. ■2: A small current is continuously flowing to keep the relay contacts built into the SC-2 in the ON position. ■3: When a person steps on it, the voltage drops, and the relay contacts turn OFF. ■4: In the case of disconnection or short circuit, there is no voltage applied, and it turns OFF. ■5: In the event of a power outage or blown fuse, the relay contacts turn OFF. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
