It is the process of cold drawing using dies and plugs with materials such as hot-rolled seamless steel pipes, electric-welded material pipes, and coil pipes (PIC). Depending on the budget, we also accept overseas procurement, so please feel free to consult with us! 【Features】 ○ Small diameter and thin-walled steel pipes that cannot be manufactured by hot processing can be produced. ○ If the dimensional accuracy of the pipe is insufficient in hot processing, cold processing can produce pipes with satisfactory accuracy. ○ The smoothness of the inner and outer surface finish that cannot be achieved by hot processing can be obtained through cold processing. ○ Mechanical properties (tensile strength, elongation, hardness) that cannot be obtained by hot processing can be achieved through cold processing. ○ When manufacturing methods that can only be done through mass production lead to higher costs, small lot production can be achieved through cold processing. ● For other functions and details, please inquire or download the catalog.
