Linear potentiometers compatible with lengths from 50 to 300 mm, capable of high precision, dustproof, and waterproof features.
This is a linear displacement sensor using conductive plastic (conductive resin). Green Pot refers to our contact-type potentiometers that utilize conductive plastic (conductive resin) resistive elements. The conductive plastic resistive element is an integrated molded component created by compressing and heating refined carbon-based fillers as the resistance on the surface of the plastic material. It features a sliding surface with flatness close to a mirror finish, and some have a carbon film printed on them. A multi-contact of noble metal alloy is made to contact this sliding track, providing the performance of a precision potentiometer. These products are identified as Green Pot by having the body or label in green. Features: ● Cost-effective due to mass production as printed resistors ● Long lifespan ● Low temperature coefficient of resistance ● Stable contact resistance due to the adoption of multi-contacts *This product complies with RoHS standards. Company information
Since its founding in 1952, the Green Sensor has a history of 70 years as a pioneer in analog displacement sensors (potentiometers). While anticipating global technological advancements, we have developed high-functionality, high-quality products and have contributed, albeit modestly, to the development of society. In recent years, we have realized the commercialization of digital displacement sensors (encoders) and will continue to pursue further technological innovation with the aim of evolving as a prominent company.
