basic information
■□■Features■□■ ■ A butyl rubber-based adhesive with weather resistance is mixed with high-purity zinc powder to provide conductivity. ■ After solvent evaporation, it solidifies while retaining some elasticity. ■ Significant reduction in repair costs can be achieved due to high lifecycle cost efficiency. - A film thickness of over 300μm can be formed with two coats, offering excellent coating and corrosion protection effects. - The zinc content ratio in the dried film is high, allowing the zinc powder to provide sacrificial corrosion protection over the long term. ■ Easy to apply. - Can be applied immediately after substrate preparation (at least grade 3 surface preparation) without the need for primers or solvent additives. ■ Effective against dissimilar metal contact corrosion and crevice corrosion. - Due to zinc's high ionization tendency, using it in areas where dissimilar metals like stainless steel and iron, or aluminum and iron come into contact, or in crevices formed between materials, can protect critical components from corrosion. ■ Non-toluene type that does not contain harmful toluene. ■ For more details, please contact us.
