basic information
■□■Features■□■ ■ A weather-resistant butyl rubber-based adhesive mixed with high-purity zinc powder to provide conductivity. ■ After solvent evaporation, it solidifies while retaining some elasticity. ■ Significant reduction in repair costs due to high lifecycle cost efficiency. - Can form a film thickness of over 300μm with two coats, offering excellent coating and corrosion protection effects. - The zinc content ratio in the dry film is high, allowing the zinc powder to provide sacrificial corrosion protection over a long period. ■ Easy to apply. - Can be applied immediately after surface preparation (minimum of grade 3 sanding) without the need for a primer or solvent addition. ■ Effective against dissimilar metal contact corrosion and crevice corrosion. - Due to zinc's high ionization tendency, it can be used in areas where dissimilar metals such as stainless steel and iron, or aluminum and iron, come into contact, protecting critical components from corrosion. ■ Non-toluene type that does not contain harmful toluene. ■ For more details, please contact us.
