The AvaSpec StarLine is a versatile and high-performance spectrometer developed and provided by Avantes for general spectral application measurements over many years. It supports various applications, including the most common spectral applications such as reflectance and transmittance measurements, luminescence measurements, and color measurements, as well as high-speed models for process control. The AvaSpec-ULS2048/4096CL-EVO is a next-generation evolved spectrometer that employs a CMOS detector type with the latest CMOS technology. The revolutionary next-generation ultra-high performance is achieved through the newly developed electronics board (AS-7010). The EVO series enables ultra-fast USB 3.0 communication and high-speed transmission via Gigabit Ethernet, as well as multi-memory storage, with minimal stray light and measurements at high wavelength resolution. The latest CMOS image sensor achieves sensitivity and wavelength resolution equivalent to CCD sensors with low noise, without blooming or smear phenomena, thanks to advanced signal processing, and it is cost-effective, making it expected to meet future demands for the next generation.
