The UCA-300 and UCA-400 models are specialized cutting machines designed specifically for cutting aluminum sashes, focusing on cutting speed and the quality of the cut surface. ■ UCA-300 Model Cutting Capacity: Height 145mm × Width 300mm ■ UCA-400 Model Cutting Capacity: Height 145mm × Width 400mm ■ Circular Saw: 510mm ■ Motor: 2.2 kW ■ Blade Movement: Air-Hydraulic System The blade shaft movement section is finished with precision grinding and coated with hard chrome plating, allowing for light and accurate cutting operations over an extended period. The chips generated during cutting are collected through a φ150 duct hose outlet connected to a separate dust collector. Additionally, the UCA-300DC and UCA-400DC models, which include a built-in simple dust collection system, have been added to the lineup. ■ Please check the related page for videos of cutting machines with built-in dust collection systems.
