Minato Engineering was established in 1988, primarily engaged in the design of specialized machines, labor-saving equipment, and line facilities. Since 1998, we have been involved in the design and manufacturing of food-related sterilization devices, various work jigs, empty can reduction sorting machines, and gypsum crushing sorting machines at our partner factories. We are also authorized for specific labor dispatch services, providing engineers as needed. In 2006, we opened the Akita Sales Office in Nikaho City, Akita Prefecture, to strengthen our sales in the Tohoku region. In 2007, we received a subsidy from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry to develop biodiesel fuel (BDF) refining equipment. In 2010, we began developing a new type of glycerin boiler as part of the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency's prototype development support project.
