This is a precision humidity generation device that applies the principle of the diversion method (JIS-Z8806 9-2-3(2)). It allows for direct input of temperature and humidity (arbitrary temperature and humidity up to 80°C and 0-100% rh) and also includes programmed operation and an automatic water supply system.

A split-flow humidity generation device is a method that divides completely dry gas (0% rh) into two streams. One stream passes through a saturation tank to become saturated gas (100% rh), while the other stream remains unchanged (0% rh). These two streams are then mixed and introduced into the test chamber. Based on the flow rate ratio at that time, this method creates a gas with a constant relative humidity in the test chamber, and it is an extremely high-precision method based on JIS standards.
