PFAS Regulation Countermeasure Coating DK-coat Infinity
De-fluorinated, non-fluoride coating Infinity series
PFAS Regulation Measures - Non-Fluorinated Coatings
The DK-coat Infinity series uses harmless, non-toxic inorganic materials. It features a coating that has no impact on the natural environment or human health, free from PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium, making it safe for use according to global standards. The heat resistance of Infinity330 is 450°C, with steam resistance, non-stick properties, low friction, and high hardness, which are superior to Teflon coatings (fluoropolymer coatings) in terms of adhesion. DK-Coat Infinity Fluorine-free, Non-fluorine Coating - PFAS and PFOA free - Heat resistance that can be used at high temperatures of 450°C - Non-stick properties equivalent to fluoropolymers (PTFE, PFA, etc.) - Steam resistance that prevents water vapor penetration - Expected energy-saving effects due to thermal conductivity, further enhanced by far-infrared radiation - Safety with no harmful substances generated even when used beyond the heat resistance temperature - Improved wear resistance due to high hardness with a pencil hardness of 9H and enhanced slip properties.

Company information
It is possible to apply a fluororesin coating (Teflon coating) on the inside of a pipe with an inner diameter of just 1mm. We may be able to handle processing that other companies have declined. Additionally, we have extensive experience in applying coatings for corrosion prevention on manufacturing equipment. We also have a track record in household goods and food-related equipment.
