This device is a cryogenic refrigerator that cools air down to -65°C without using liquid nitrogen. Compared to conventional liquid nitrogen cooling methods, it achieves significant improvements in running cost performance and safety. It can operate continuously for a week, allowing for flexible responses during line changes and installation planning. Furthermore, it covers both room temperature and high-temperature ranges, enabling wide temperature control from low to high with a single unit. It is mainly ideal for use in low and high-temperature testing lines for automotive electronic devices and manufacturing lines for medical equipment.
