This is an air-driven automatic printing machine equipped with a Shachihata stamp that allows for continuous stamping. Since the stamp surface is custom-made, we can provide printing and marking tailored to your needs at a low cost. Customers who are currently using expensive inkjet printers for simple marking can reduce costs by switching to this machine. We use TAT ink, which can firmly stamp on non-absorbent surfaces such as metal, plastic, rubber, and glass, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including stamping lot numbers and dates on factory lines and integration into various industrial machines. The lot replacement type square model 1010 (model number: TSUT-1010) is suitable for cases where the printing and marking content needs to be changed regularly, such as inspection approval stamps or lot number printing and marking. (It can also be used for fixed content printing and marking.)

Its compact design allows for easy integration into various machines. Comes with a fixed base plate (with M5 size long holes). 2. Stable Printing Quality With an auto slide cap, it prevents the stamp surface from drying out during standby. By maintaining a consistent pressure during printing, it ensures good printing quality. 3. Safe Ink The TAT (Tart) ink complies with export trade control regulations, the Ozone Layer Protection Act, regulations on fluorocarbons and ethane solvents, the ELV Directive, and the RoHS Directive, making it safe for use. 4. Low Cost Compared to laser and inkjet methods, it can be introduced at a low budget with reduced initial costs.
