The NSS system has responded to the voices of facility managers.
The NSS system has responded to the voices of facility managers. ● I don't want to use hydrogen peroxide because it's a hazardous substance and could cause an explosion. ● Specialized contractors are expensive, so we want a cleaning agent that we can use ourselves. ● Since we have alkaline water, we are troubled by the unstable effectiveness and duration of chlorine disinfection. ● Many customers are concerned about the hygiene of the hot water, especially regarding Legionella bacteria. ● We are worried about damage to pipes and equipment from using acidic agents, so we can't remove scale. ● I feel that fuel costs and electricity bills are gradually increasing. ● We also want to regularly clean the storage tank and water supply pipes.

basic information
We will solve the problems of circulation-type bathing facilities in one go. Safety and security measures you can implement yourself. ● The highest risks for bathing facilities are the generation of bacteria and biofilm, as well as the risk of Legionnaires' disease infection. Severe cases of Legionnaires' disease can lead to death in the worst-case scenario. ● Additionally, mineral scale can cause blockages and clogs in filters, pipes, and pumps. This gradually worsens the heat exchange rate and incurs unnecessary fuel costs. When scale accumulates in filters and pipes, it also puts excessive strain on pumps, leading to increased electricity costs over time. The CALFA NSS (Calfa N.S.S.) system solves both of these problems at once.

Applications/Examples of results
● By incorporating high-grade proteolytic enzymes extracted from natural substances, we decompose biofilms adhered to circulation equipment. The "foam" generated by CALFA NAC acts as a carrier, lifting biofilm bacteria and flushing them out into the water. ● CALFA SAP, a cleaning auxiliary agent of CALFA NAC, generates even finer "foam" that interacts with water + CALFA NAC components to facilitate ion exchange, transforming it into a cream-like "foam" with fine particles. Additionally, to prevent a rapid reaction in a short time, we have improved the coating of enzymes with natural substances to create a time lag. It also has a high bleaching capability and acts as a disinfectant against bacteria. It removes minerals (scale) that adhere to the equipment. It eliminates all heat exchange inhibiting substances, including organic matter (bacteria, biofilm) and inorganic matter (calcium, magnesium, insoluble sulfur), thereby optimizing the heat exchange rate and contributing significantly to energy savings.
Company information
Calfa Chemical Co., Ltd. has developed an environmentally friendly cooling tower water treatment agent called "CALFA BAS" (Calfa Bus), which is "phosphorus-free" and "nitrogen-free"! Using amorphous solid water treatment technology recognized in the environmentally advanced EU, it solves cooling tower issues (such as silica and calcium scale buildup, slime adhesion, and reduced heat exchange) without the need for equipment or machinery! CALFA BAS contains no "phosphorus" or "nitrogen" at all. Therefore, there is no need for "concentration measurement devices or systems" to measure residual amounts of "phosphorus" or "nitrogen." Additionally, actions such as diluting with water to meet "total water quality regulations" are unnecessary in themselves. [ISO 14001 compliant] Installation is simply placing it at the bottom of the cooling tower. That's all. This significantly achieves savings in water and energy! Some users in factories and large hotels have realized savings of several million yen in electricity costs over six months. By simply reducing power consumption (kWh) by 30%, the carbon dioxide emissions from power suppliers are also reduced by 30%, contributing to the mitigation of global warming, making the optimization of thermal efficiency essential.
